Now more than ever, Canadians are concerned about their health and wellness. With Campbell Canada's commitment to provide "Extraordinary, Authentic Nourishment for All", we strive to make soups you can be proud to serve your families, by offering nutritious products you can enjoy in and out of your homes. We want to make the healthier choice an easier choice. Here's how...
About Sodium
Over the past 5 years, Campbell Company of Canada has reduced the average level of sodium across the majority of our soups by 10% to 25% - an equivalent of nine million teaspoons of salt from our Tomato soup alone. Thanks to the expertise of our culinary and nutrition team, we've achieved this sodium reduction in many cases by adjusting the stocks, herbs and vegetables to deliver the great taste you expect from Campbell's®.
In recognition of this accomplishment, Blood Pressure Canada awarded Campbell Company of Canada a certificate of excellence in 2007 for ongoing industry leadership in sodium reduction.

Vegetable Goodness
We know that nothing replaces eating fresh foods and you're probably trying to do more of that yourself. So are we. For the times when we need more convenient options, it would be nice to know there are choices made with ingredients we recognize. That's why we're making over 50 soups that offer at least one full serving of vegetables and use more than 15 different vegetable varieties.
In fact, the vegetables we use the most are harvested from farms in southern Ontario.
Health Check™
We're proud to announce that now more than 40 of our soups carry the Heart and Stroke Foundation's Health Check™ symbol on our packages. The products' nutritional information is reviewed by the Foundation's Registered Dietitians. Plus, it makes it easy for you to quickly identify foods that can contribute to a healthy diet.
Whole Grain
When you eat whole grains, you benefit from the nutritional goodness of the entire grain. In fact, Canada’s Food Guide recommends whole grains for half of your grain product servings. And now it's easier than ever to enjoy the benefits of whole grain with our new line-up of delicious soups and snacks made with whole grain.
Our Healthy Request® soups offer a variety of different flavour combinations, in cans and now in microwaveable bowls, and contain whole grains such as brown rice or whole grain pasta.
And for kids, there are NEW Goldfish® Made with Whole Grain crackers and a tasty selection of four soups with yummy, fun, whole grain pasta shapes – in fact, Campbell's® kids' soups are the only condensed soups in Canada made with whole grain pasta!

Just look for these two symbols when you're shopping for groceries.
